Keto Chicken Avocado Salad

This Keto Chicken Avocado Salad is a delicious and satisfying low-carb meal option. Packed with protein and healthy fats, it's perfect for those following a ketogenic diet or looking to lose weight while maintaining a low-carb lifestyle.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Diced chicken, avocado, red onion, and cilantro should all be put in a large bowl


To make the dressing, mix lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk


Add the dressing to the chicken and avocado mix and gently toss to coat everything


Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving or serve it right away
